Overview (Program Summary)

The last year has been tumultuous, with significant implications to business and society at large. As we look towards a "new normal", general counsel continue to focus on supporting their business through challenging times, whilst simultaneously focusing on opportunities ahead, adapting their role and being innovative.

We would like to invite you to participate in our forward-looking GC roundtable series, where a group of global GCs will come together to discuss key themes.

Specifically, the discussion will touch on:

  • Trends and developments in legal related areas such as data privacy, M&A, dispute resolution, employment and public policy.
  • How the past year has changed the way in-house teams engage with each other and the business.
  • The role of the GC in influencing values and driving change in the organisation.
  • Managing the risk of supply chain disruption.
  • The roundtables will be scheduled across UK, EU and US time zones with Craig Budner, Global Strategic Growth Partner at K&L Gates acting as moderator.
