Overview (Program Summary)

The ACC Southern California Chapter Attorney Well-Being Committee is pleased to present this program in partnership with the ACC Wellness Advisory Committee to help you enhance your well-being.

Understanding The Mind & Decision-Making

We all have reasons for doing the things we do, including drinking. But the science shows that the majority of our drivers are unconscious or not fully understood when we engage in our regular behaviors.  This webinar will explore the various core human needs that often dictate our desire for, or relationship to alcohol.

Unique Methods for Empowered Living

Participants will learn a collection of tools for assessing their relationship to alcohol and tools for determining whether or not changes to that relationship would improve their lives. To the extent that changes are desired, you will learn tools for successfully adopting any desired changes – so that your happiest and best self will emerge.

JARRETT GREEN, M.A. Psychology, Esq., is a former BigLaw litigator who left the practice of

individuals experience less stress, more happiness, greater focus, improved productivity,
optimized cognition, and enhanced overall success in their work, and lives. Jarrett consults to
and leads workshops at many of the largest corporations in the world and nearly half of the
AmLaw 100 law firms. He is the co-founder of USC Gould School of Law’s innovative
Mindfulness, Stress Management, & Peak Performance Program. Jarrett has a forthcoming
book, to be published
