The successful candidate will hold a J.D. from a reputable law school, must be admitted to the bar in at least one of the fifty states, must be eligible to be admitted to the bar in Indiana under Indiana Admissions Rules. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing securities and corporate governance law gained from a law firm or practicing in-house at a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company’s law department or a combination of the two.
